Trails
Experience any of the unique trails below, either on your own or self-guided by visual signs in place. We also provide tailored audio recordings for a guided Forest Bathing experience. At trails with this feature, scan the QR code on the welcome sign to access recordings.
Remember, these trails are natural spaces and therefore full of life! Be mindful of potential hazards such as poison ivy, snakes, and uneven terrain. You can experience Forest Bathing with most of your senses, but it is advised that you avoid touching things.
Acknowledging The Land
We acknowledge the Native people who are Indigenous to the land on which these trails reside: the Sovereign Nation of the Chitimacha, whose current headquarters is in Charenton, Louisiana. To learn more about the Chitimacha, visit www.chitimacha.gov.
As you embark on your forest bathing experience, we invite you to get curious about the Indigenous history of the land beneath you.
